Junior Network Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via telephone, mobile, email, or in-person.
- Create and manage support tickets based on customer issues.
- Handle configuration and troubleshooting of wireless routers and internet-related problems.
- Networking basics + MikroTik practical knowledge.
- Firewall, Routing and switching, Bandwidth management.
- ISP-level protocols (PPPoE, BGP, OSPF).
- Problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Diploma or B.Sc. in CSE / ET / TCT / ECE Computer Science or any relevant IT/Networking field.
- Experience required: Minimum 3 months to 1 year in a relevant technical support role.
- Certifications like CCNA/MTCNA/MTCRE are a plus.
Senior System Administrator
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and configure enterprise Linux servers, virtualizations (VMware/Proxmox).
- Implement strict server security, firewall rules, and automated backup strategies.
- Monitor network traffic, server loads, and maximize overall system uptime.
- Troubleshoot advanced server issues and manage Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/DigitalOcean).
Educational & Professional Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Linux System Administration.
- Certifications like RHCE or AWS Certified Solutions Architect will be highly preferred.
