Field Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve customers' internet connectivity and network-related issues.
- Configure Routers/ONUs and set up internet connections for new customers.
- Provide necessary technical support by visiting customers' homes or premises when required.
- Quickly identify network outages or service-related problems and report them to the NOC/Technical Team.
- Must have an understanding of MikroTik, OLT, and Switches (SW).
- Must possess knowledge of configuring wireless routers and troubleshooting internet-related problems.
- Problem-solving & troubleshooting skills.
Educational & Professional Requirements
- Diploma or B.Sc. in CSE / ET / TCT / ECE / DTNT Computer Science or any relevant IT/Networking field.
- Experience required: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in a relevant technical support role.
- Certifications like CCNA/MTCNA/MTCRE are a plus.
Senior System Administrator
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and configure enterprise Linux servers, virtualizations (VMware/Proxmox).
- Implement strict server security, firewall rules, and automated backup strategies.
- Monitor network traffic, server loads, and maximize overall system uptime.
- Troubleshoot advanced server issues and manage Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/DigitalOcean).
Educational & Professional Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Linux System Administration.
- Certifications like RHCE or AWS Certified Solutions Architect will be highly preferred.
