Junior Network Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via telephone, mobile, email, or in-person.
- Create and manage support tickets based on customer issues.
- Handle configuration and troubleshooting of wireless routers and internet-related problems.
- Networking basics + MikroTik practical knowledge
- Firewall, Routing and switching, Bandwidth management
- ISP-level protocols (PPPoE, BGP, OSPF)
- Problem-solving & troubleshooting skills
Educational & Professional Requirements:
- Diploma or B.Sc. in CSE / ET / TCT /ECE Computer Science or any relevant IT/Networking field
- Experience required: Minimum 3 months to 1 year in a relevant technical support role.
- Certifications like CCNA/MTCNA/MTCRE are a plus
